Tarragon potica

If the most famous Slovenian dessert is walnut potica, tarragon potica is its most distinctive sister. The unique taste of tarragon potica comes from the use of tarragon, an aromatic herb, which is added to the cottage cheese filling to create an unforgettable combination of sweet and slightly spicy. It is typically prepared at Easter time.
