Metlika: Jošt Lampret: NOMAD feat. Urška Centa, Concert

What happens when a bassist sets out on a musical journey without borders? Jošt Lampret, one of Slovenia’s most acclaimed bass guitarists, is redefining the possibilities of his instrument, bringing it from the background into the spotlight as a powerful voice of melody, expression and harmony. A musical nomad by nature, Lampret explores his passion for flamenco in his latest project, Nomad, blending it with musical influences gathered throughout his travels and artistic collaborations. His distinctive style combines the fiery spirit of flamenco, the freedom of jazz and the spontaneity of improvisation.

Joined by outstanding artists – Urška Centa (dance, vocals, hand percussion), Nina Mureškić (percussion) and Matija Krečič (violin) – he creates a vibrant musical dialogue that transcends genres and celebrates cultural exchange. More than a concert, Nomad is a celebration of music’s power to connect people and traditions.
